01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bit393" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the bit393 online betting and casino platform accessible at bit393.net, including all associated mobile and desktop interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the bit393 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user profile created by a Player on the bit393 platform, through which betting, gaming, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole transactional currency of the bit393 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by bit393.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, e-sports betting, coin markets, and related features available on the bit393 platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory in which access to or use of the bit393 platform is prohibited by applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bit393 platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bit393 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bit393 platform and must not attempt to register an Account or place any wagers.

bit393 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the bit393 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bit393 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and residential address.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the bit393 platform. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

bit393 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Account Management

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your Account.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bit393 immediately by contacting our support team.

• bit393 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Players must keep their registered contact details, including Pakistani mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.
• bit393 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage, including copies of CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method ownership verification.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bit393 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bit393 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL Omni, and Meezan Bank internet banking.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to the Player's selected payment provider processing the transaction successfully.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts may take up to 2 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit to the Account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• bit393 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure KYC verification is complete to avoid withdrawal delays.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bit393 offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bit393 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will carry a specific Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bit393 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms — may have their bonus funds voided and their Accounts suspended.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bit393 platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules available within the relevant product sections of the platform:

• All bets are accepted at bit393's absolute discretion. bit393 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed on suspended markets, after event completion, or during confirmed technical errors will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or a live odds discrepancy, bit393's recorded data shall be the definitive reference. Results as published by the relevant governing sports body will be used to settle cricket, football, and other sports markets.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all markets and will be displayed within the relevant betting interface prior to bet placement.
• Live in-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are subject to a delay of up to five seconds to protect market integrity. Bets submitted during this period may be accepted or refused at bit393's discretion.
• Casino games including slots, live tables, and game shows are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game developer. bit393 is not responsible for errors in game software provided by third-party developers, though we will seek to resolve such issues on behalf of Players where possible.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit393 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the bit393 platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming control implemented on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion with other Players or third parties in relation to any bet or wager.
• Using the bit393 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are not considered legitimate and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bit393 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bit393 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bit393 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bit393 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any bit393 content without express written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on bit393 content or platform features.
• Using the bit393 name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any bit393 software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit393 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bit393 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by technical maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or market data caused by third-party data suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

bit393 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be used for betting or gaming and cannot be reactivated before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the bit393 platform may do so through Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed.

bit393 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If you believe that a minor may have access to your Account or payment methods, please contact our support team immediately and use the self-exclusion tool to suspend your Account.

12 Termination & Suspension

bit393 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• bit393 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the Account.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform, other Players, or third parties.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, bit393 may forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, in proportion to the severity of the breach. Any forfeiture decisions are taken at bit393's sole discretion and are subject to internal review.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the bit393 support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the bit393 platform operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bit393, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a formal complaint to the bit393 support team, providing full details of the dispute including Account information, dates, and a description of the issue. bit393 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with bit393's initial resolution, the complaint may be escalated to the bit393 senior compliance team for further review. A final decision will be provided within 28 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Review: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the Player may seek independent dispute resolution through the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict a Player's statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bit393 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bit393 will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on the bit393 platform at bit393.net/terms-conditions shall at all times be considered the operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bit393 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Article 12 above.
